Rewards depend on how many Grubs you have rescued, not which jar you broke. Rescuing a Grub does not collect the reward. Return to the Grubfather in the northwest Forgotten Crossroads, then mark the reward claimed here.
Grubsong
Charm reward. Marks Grubsong on the Charms checklist and adds 1% toward 112%.
Rancid Egg
A collectible egg. It does not add 112%.
Hallownest Seal
A relic for Lemm. Rescuing 23 Grubs also meets the Grubfriend achievement condition in-game.
Pale Ore
One of six Pale Ore. The ore itself does not score; Nail upgrades that spend it do.
King's Idol
A relic for Lemm. It does not add 112%.
Grubberfly's Elegy
Final Charm reward. Rescuing 46 does not mark this Charm until you collect it from the Grubfather.

How to Find the Last Missing Grubs.
When a few jars are left, use Missing and a region on the checklist above. Unrescued Grubs also make a faint crying sound in nearby rooms. The last three are behind the Love Key.

Do Grubs count toward 112% completion?
No. Grubs add 0%. Grubsong at 10 Grubs and Grubberfly's Elegy at 46 each add 1% after you collect them from the Grubfather. Pale Ore at 31 Grubs is spent on Nail upgrades, which do score. Track those Charms on the Hollow Knight Charms Checklist.
What does the Grubfather give you?
Rewards are based on how many Grubs you have rescued, not which jar you broke. Special rewards are a Mask Shard at 5, Grubsong at 10, a Rancid Egg at 16, a Hallownest Seal at 23, Pale Ore at 31, a King's Idol at 38, and Grubberfly's Elegy at 46. Other counts pay Geo. Mark a reward claimed only after you talk to the Grubfather.
How do I find the last missing Grubs?
Beat The Collector in the Tower of Love for the Collector's Map, which marks unrescued Grubs on maps you have bought from Cornifer or Iselda. Then use Missing and a region on this page. Crystal Peak and Deepnest have Grub Mimics; Dream Nail a jar if you are unsure.
Where is the Love Key for the last Grubs?
The Love Key is in the Queen's Gardens, at the Traitor's Child grave after Traitor Lord. It opens the Tower of Love in the eastern City of Tears. The Collector there holds three Grubs and drops the Collector's Map.
Do Grubfriend and Metamorphosis unlock on this page?
No. Rescuing 23 Grubs meets the requirement for Grubfriend, and rescuing all 46 meets the requirement for Metamorphosis. Your Steam or console platform records the achievement separately.
