About GameCompletion
GameCompletion is a free set of interactive checklists for players who want a clear picture of what they have finished and what is still open. You mark objectives yourself. The site does not read game saves, and it does not connect to Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox.

What this site is for
Long games scatter bosses, quests, collectibles, and trophies across regions and optional routes. A paper list goes stale. A wiki tab does not remember which boxes you already ticked. This site keeps one checklist per game, with filters for what is still missing, so you can pick the list back up mid-playthrough.
Each game uses its own completion rules instead of one generic percentage. Elden Ring treats “100%” as checklist goals you choose—achievements only, or a broader completionist list. Hollow Knight tracks the in-game 112% total, where only specific objectives add a point. The difference is written on the game pages so the number on screen matches the goal you actually care about.
Games you can track now
Two games are live. Each hub links to focused lists when a category is large enough to need its own page.
- Elden Ring 100% Completion Checklist — bosses, quests, and achievements across the base game and Shadow of the Erdtree, plus a dedicated Elden Ring Boss Checklist.
- Hollow Knight 112% Completion Tracker — the objectives that feed the in-game total, with separate Hollow Knight Boss Checklist and Hollow Knight Charms Checklist.
New games will get the same treatment: a hub that states the completion rule, then category pages only when they help you find a missing item faster. There is no public schedule. If a list is missing an objective, the contact page explains how to send a correction.
How progress is saved
Checking a box writes to this browser’s local storage. There is no account, no login, and no cloud sync. Leave the tab, close the browser, or come back weeks later on the same device and the checks are still there—unless you clear site data, use a different browser, or block storage.
Elden Ring and Hollow Knight both let you export a JSON backup and import it later. Use that file when you change computers or before you wipe a profile. Import replaces that game’s checklist progress in the current browser, not a single category. The privacy page lists what stays on your device and what happens if you email us.
What we do not do
GameCompletion is not a walkthrough site and not an official companion app. It does not parse save files, overlay the game, or unlock trophies for you. Missable labels on a checklist mean a quest or item can become unavailable later in a playthrough; an empty checkbox only means you have not marked it yet.
Game names, characters, and artwork belong to their respective owners. This is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with FromSoftware, Bandai Namco, Team Cherry, or any platform holder. The terms of use cover that disclaimer in more detail.
Who runs it, and how to reach us
The site is a small independent project. Support is email-only at [email protected]. Use that address for missing checklist items, broken filters, privacy questions, or a trademark concern. We cannot restore progress that only ever lived in your browser, and we cannot help with in-game bugs or store refunds.
If you want the short version: pick a game, check off what you finish, export a backup if the list matters to you, and write if something on the list is wrong.
